so... i'm back. touched down yesterday night. i'm flying off tmrw again. haiz.
anyways, hong kong wsa fun. the people were really friendly. only problem was that i didn't understand cantonese. at all. and the national language there was cantonese. but my parents could converse with others in that language.... so that was okay.
hong kong and singapore are so terribly similar.
we shopped a lot in hong kong... and we visited disney land... and ocean park. thats a non-profit theme park built to promote the conservation of nature. :D
i bought a lot of necklaces there. those really bulky kind. :D

on the first day we sorta just shopped around. there was no tour guide cos my parents have been to hongkong tons of times and knew it rather well.
the next day we went shopping again....
the following day we went to ocean park. that was fun. the rides were really cool. there were two roller coasters one had two loopdeloops... and this one ride where they lift you up and then drop you down... you know... its like... a ring on a finger. and another ride where it just kept on spinnning round and round... that one made me a little sick... yea... well...
the next day we went to disneyland. we got a two day pass... hongkong disneyland was a little small compared to the rest of them... but it was still nice. in america, you could never get a seat unless you waited for... quite a while. but in hongkong, you could often get seats without much waiting. (was that phrased right?) the food in hongkong was delicious.
the day after that, we went to disneyland again. and shopping... then we had to fly back.
my mom saw ivy lee and her family at oceanpark.... and some minister... on the plane.... and next to her at the luggage collection.
i miss japanese food... so i forced my family to eat japanese today. for dinner we ate at crystal jade. that was nice... reallly... delicious.
well...i got some of my school supplies and books today... and an ipod classic. i was thinking... if i bought on of those decorative stickers for my ipod, then it wouldn't really matter what colour i got...
